Sokoban-Lettres is published by Kyiv-Bordeaux Studio. A single address receives all messages about the website and the Android application: contact@sokoban-letters.com.
What is worth reporting
The game relies on grids that are generated and then verified, and on progress held partly on your device. Two categories of feedback help us most.
Describing a problem effectively
- A jammed or unsolvable grid. Tell us the mode (Adventure or Daily Challenge), the chapter or date, and the expected word.
- Lost progress. Say whether a Google account was linked, and whether the browser changed or had its data cleared.
- A display problem. The browser, the OS version and the screen orientation are usually enough for us to reproduce it.
- An inappropriate ad. When the placement occurred and a description of the ad let us report it to Google.
Personal data
Requests about data — access, deletion of synced progress, removal of a nickname from a leaderboard — go to the same address. The privacy page first describes what is stored in the browser and what is sent to the Google services the game uses. Deletion requests are handled on the account identifier, so please include the linked Google address if your progress was synced.
Advertising and partnerships
Ad space on the site is sold exclusively through Google AdSense for the browser version and Google AdMob for the Android application. We do not sell placements directly, we do not embed sponsored content in the grids, and we do not publish paid links in the editorial pages. Editorial partnership proposals remain welcome at the same address.
Response time
Sokoban-Lettres is built by a small team. Messages are read in the order they arrive and a reply usually takes a few working days. A reproducible bug report is prioritised even when there is no immediate reply.
